1. Every visitor is obliged to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the campground rules. Entering the premises without registration is strictly prohibited.
2. Night Quiet Hours (23:00 – 7:00) (VZN OU Prašice 1/2017 Statute of RO Duchonka). During the night rest period, loud talking and any noises disturbing neighbors are prohibited. Throughout the entire area, it is strictly forbidden to use external speakers and sound reproduction devices. Daytime Quiet you must not disturb other visitors with your behavior or loud music. In case of violation of the night/daytime rest, the call-out of the ATC manager will be charged at 50 eur. Excessive alcohol consumption and behavior that endangers or bothers other visitors is prohibited in the campsite area.
3. V sektore (Kulháň) s elektrickými prípojkami je možné kempovať iba po úhrade elektrickej prípojky. Akákoľvek manipulácia s elektrickými rozvádzačmi a prípojkami je prísne zakázaná. Za škody spôsobené neoprávnenou manipuláciou zodpovedá návštevník, ktorý prípojku využíva. Tent camping is strictly prohibited in this sector.
4. For fishermen who wish to drive into the ATC, all fees apply equally as for other campground visitors (car, tent, person).
5. Pitching tents outside designated areas is prohibited. Upon departure, the campsite must be cleaned and restored to its original condition.
6. Waste may only be collected at designated locations. Please minimize your waste; the campground is not a dumpsite, and waste must be separated.
7. Building open fires outside designated fire pits is strictly prohibited. Keep the fire pit area clean.
8. Every tent and car must display visible campground identification tags (tent on the front side, car/caravan behind the windshield). Paid electrical cables must also be visibly marked and will be subject to inspection.
9. Arrival time for the stay is not limited (however, vehicle entry is permitted until 23:00 LT at the latest), on the day of departure the site must be vacated by 17:00.
10. The operator of ATC Nová Duchonka is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of visitors' personal belongings.
11. Parents or accompanying persons are fully responsible for the safety of children and their compliance with safety rules.
12. The visitor is liable for damages caused to the property of ATC Nová Duchonka or to the property of other visitors.
13. All campsite visitors are required to follow internal traffic signs and instructions of the campsite administrator. The maximum speed limit for vehicles within the premises is 10 km/h. Vehicle entry into the campsite is permitted until 23:00 LT at the latest. After 23:00, a total ban on the movement of all vehicles applies throughout the entire campsite area.
14. Since the campground is "dog friendly," every owner of a four-legged pet is obliged to supervise it at all times out of respect for the peace of other visitors, and must never leave it unattended. The owner is also responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
15. The accommodation and operational regulations of ATC Nová Duchonka apply equally to owners and operators of accommodation facilities located within the ATC area.
16. In the event of a gross violation of the accommodation and operational regulations of ATC Nová Duchonka, the visitor will be expelled from the premises without any right to a refund of fees paid for the stay, including the deposit.
